MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We’re like the front desk for the property—a single point of contact for the multiple players involved in its care and operation (e.g. housekeepers, landscapers, contractors, support staff, chefs, guests). As our client, we’re always just an email, text or call away.
We keep a bird’s-eye view while also managing the granular details that are often overlooked (but make all the difference). Acting as your advocate, we make sure home projects and repairs are thoughtfully considered, well researched, and fairly priced. -
We perform regular property check-ins, including walking the grounds and interior spaces, testing systems, monitoring security, airing out low-traffic areas, checking for pests or moisture, clearing debris, replacing bulbs, receiving packages and deliveries, and more.

We create and manage a schedule for annual servicing of all major systems—HVAC, generator, boiler, chimney, pest control, water treatment, security, and more. Our goal is to prevent costly repairs and help deliver fair, high-quality, and timely service from contractors.

We help with anything that keeps home running smoothly: coordinating with the cleaning team, keeping the pantry and provisions stocked, preparing for guests, organizing storage spaces, creating systems, handling special requests, or running errands.

We manage all seasonal vendor work and property shifts: landscaping, pool maintenance, snow removal, tennis court care, outdoor, furniture setup, grill care, firewood stocking, holiday décor, so your home stays well cared for year-round.

We troubleshoot issues as they arise—whether it’s a tech glitch or a malfunctioning appliance—and handle small fixes ourselves when possible. When needed, we coordinate with the right specialists to resolve it quickly.

We act as owners rep for home projects and renovations—coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to manage timelines, communication, and quality control. This service may incur a supplemental fee depending on the scope of the project.

We maintain a digital portal with maintenance, schedules, contractor & vendor database, service histories, receipts, and expenses—a single, accessible place to track everything related to your home.
